Fabrication process

Our fabrication process is determined by the type of material being manufactured. We use ancient artisan handcrafting techniques, using basic natural materials, such as copper, iron, glass, clay (earth) and iron. We then work these materials through authentic blacksmith techniques with copper and iron, artistic casting techniques for pewter, ancient indian manufacturing traditions for clay and spanish inherited traditions for the mouth blown glass we manufacture. Each of these fabrication and manufacturing processes are also divided in three main parts:

    * Preparation of material (A)

    * Formation of the shape (B)

    * Finishing of the product (C)

      Our fabrication process varies depending on the material used as follows:

    * Glass fabrication
    * Clay fabrication
    * Copper fabrication
    * Pewter fabrication
    * Iron fabrication

We are proud to incorporate in our different products handcrafting techniques and ancient handmade traditions. Our products are formed of natural materials inspired in artistic manual skills and artful designs. Our products are distinctive and unique.
